ASSESSMENT AND ADVOCACY


The A&A unit possesses specialist expertise in the design of learning assessments and large scale surveys, and in translating evidence into policy and action through structured advocacy and strategic communications. Some of our competencies lie in:

  • designing and conducting large scale surveys and learning assessments
  • developing and implementing learning initiatives including multi-mode remedial programmes
  • strengthening the capacities of policymakers, public sector officers, civil society organisations and corporations to understand and utilise evidence
  • enabling evidence-led policy making through structured advocacy and effective communications strategies
