She helps international and local private sector actors, governments (at all levels), donor/development agencies, academia, membership-based organisations & non-government organisations in a wide range of sectors to deliver impact and results.

Some of the organisations and projects she has worked with have been for FCDO, GIZ, African Development Bank, Heifer International, Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, Bank of Industry, Stanford University, World Bank, Lagos State Ministry of Tertiary Education, amongst others.

Over the last two decades, she has done this as an Independent Consultant/Technical Adviser, through her advisory firm (W-Holistic Business Solutions) and her non-profit organisation (SEED Care & Support Foundation). She also creates transformational change through Board roles.

She is a globally recognised thought leader with several awards and recognitions including African Women In Development 2024, Outstanding Service to Humanity 2022, Service Excellence Award 2022, Nigerian Education Outliers 2020, Obama Foundation African Leader 2019, Edu-Gladiator Award 2018, and Award of Excellence in Entrepreneurship Development 2018. She has been featured on various media, panels, seminars and conferences. She is also the author of the books: THE TWIN JOBS CHALLENGE, MINIPRENEUR and the forthcoming book titled – CREATE.
