With over a decade of experience in the education and leadership development space, Daniel has been instrumental in shaping policies and programs that bridge the gap between education and workforce readiness. Under his leadership, Lead For Ghana—a subsidiary of Lead For Africa—has significantly improved Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) pass rates by over 90% annually, impacted millions of students, and partnered with leading global institutions to drive sustainable change in education.

Daniel’s work extends beyond classroom impact; he is a strong advocate for leveraging technology and artificial intelligence in education to equip African youth with future-ready skills.
