Dominic Bond is the Director for Social Impact at Inicio Partners, a role he assumed in January 2025. Prior to this, he spent four and a half years specializing in executive search within the international development sector, supporting organizations such as the Jacobs Foundation, McKnight Foundation, Malala Fund, Porticus, and Vitol Foundation in identifying and recruiting visionary leaders for high-impact roles.

With over 12 years of non-profit leadership experience in international education, Dominic played a key role in Sabre Education’s transformation from a micro-charity into one of Africa’s leading early childhood education organizations, working in close partnership with Ghana’s Ministry of Education. His extensive strategic leadership expertise has made him a trusted advisor in the sector.

Passionate about human-centered executive search, Dominic is dedicated to helping non-profits and philanthropies build proximate and representative leadership capacity to drive systemic change and improve the life chances of future generations. As a former non-profit CEO, he brings first-hand experience in Founder-CEO transitions and is a published author and thought leader on the subject.

Earlier in his career, Dominic worked on development issues including water and sanitation, conflict resolution, and fiscal reform, with experience in the UK, Mozambique, and Angola. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and holds a Master’s degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
