Nicholas Ouma is a Senior Youth Advisor at the African Union Commission Department of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation where he coordinates development of policies, strategies and programmes with a focus on Education and Skills Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship. He has previously served as the County Director of Youth Development, a University Lecturer and a High School teacher in his country Kenya. Mr Ouma holds a BEd. in English Language and Literature and a MEd. in Educational Communication and Technology from Kenyatta University, Kenya.
