Job Description
TEP Centre is a pioneer in the field of education consultancy and development, specialising in the research, design, implementation, support, and evaluation of education programmes, projects, and initiatives across the public, private and non-profit sectors.
We’re seeking a driven Programme Officer to drive our programmes. Based in Lagos, you will be instrumental in proposal and grant writing, and business development efforts to fuel our growth and impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop sponsorships and partnerships strategy
- Develop and maintain relationships with key education sector partners in government and within the international donor community.
- Develop knowledge products in specific areas of research assigned, development of toolkits, manuals, and activity reports.
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Develop and implement an organisational business development and funding strategy for TEP programmes
- Maintaining excellent relationships with partners, vendors, customers
- Managing third-party contributions to the programme, and communications with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Non-profit Management, International Development, or related field.
- Minimum four years of experience in grant writing, and business and partnership development.
- Proven track record of securing grants and funding from diverse sources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a passion for fostering Nigeria’s creative economy.
